TaxStatus Inc. (“TaxStatus”) operates an online platform designed to connect consumers with financial advisors and wealth management firms (“Advisors”). TaxStatus is not an investment advisor, broker-dealer, or fiduciary.

TaxStatus acts as a paid, non-client endorser or promoter under the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission's Marketing Rule (Rule 206(4)-1). Under this regulatory framework, TaxStatus receives compensation from Advisors through two primary business models: (1) platform access and profile listing services, and (2) contact inquiry generation services.

Platform Access Model: Most Advisors compensate TaxStatus for platform access and profile listing services, profile visibility and impression-based marketing services, and administrative dashboard and profile management tools. These Advisors pay platform access fees ranging from $3,200 to $100,000+ depending on their service level, and this compensation is based on profile visibility and platform access, not on client outcomes.

Contact Inquiry Model: Some Advisors compensate TaxStatus for initial contact inquiries generated through the platform. These Advisors pay per contact inquiry delivered (typically $500-$5,500 per inquiry based on prospect self-reported asset information), with compensation tied to initial prospect contact generation, not client conversion outcomes.

Importantly, under both models, TaxStatus's compensation is not contingent on whether you become a client of any Advisor, investment amounts, advisory fees, or client acquisition and conversion rates. You will not pay TaxStatus directly for using our platform to search for Advisors.

TaxStatus and its employees are not clients of Advisors listed on our platform, unless explicitly stated. Any information we provide about an Advisor's services should not be construed as an endorsement based on personal experience. Because TaxStatus is paid by Advisors for platform services, we have a material conflict of interest and a financial incentive to promote Advisors who participate in our platform. Advisor participation does not imply that they are superior, most suitable, or only available options for your needs.

TaxStatus does not vet, screen, or endorse the quality of Advisors on the platform. You are encouraged to evaluate each Advisor independently before engaging their services, and you may choose to work with advisors not listed on our platform. Our platform provides search functionality to help you find Advisors based on your criteria, connection tools to facilitate direct communication with Advisors, and profile information provided by Advisors themselves.

When you provide information through our platform (including financial and tax information, contact details, or service preferences), this information may be used to connect you with appropriate Advisors and is based on your self-reported responses. TaxStatus does not independently verify or screen prospect information and relies on the accuracy of information you provide.

TaxStatus does not provide investment advice, financial planning, or fiduciary services. We do not guarantee the performance, suitability, or success of any Advisor's services. All advisory relationships are formed exclusively between you and the Advisor, and TaxStatus has no authority to bind any Advisor or make commitments on their behalf.

It is your responsibility to conduct your own due diligence before engaging any Advisor, review all fees, services, and terms directly with the Advisor, verify any Advisor's credentials, registration status, and regulatory history, and make independent decisions about which Advisor, if any, meets your needs. Any advisory relationship you form will be governed by a separate agreement directly with the Advisor. TaxStatus is not a party to these relationships and assumes no responsibility for the quality or outcomes of advisory services.

This disclosure is made in accordance with SEC Marketing Rule 206(4)-1. TaxStatus works with Advisors to ensure proper regulatory disclosures appear on their profile pages.
