TaxStatus, led by our founder and CEO Charles Almond, took home the highest honor–the Collins Andrews III MVP Award–at the Venture Center’s FIS Fintech Accelerator Demo Day held on Aug. 26.
The FIS Fintech Accelerator, hosted by the Arkansas-based Venture Center, is a highly competitive program designed to support promising fintech startups. The 12-week program offers participants access to mentorship, connections with industry experts, and opportunities to showcase their innovations to potential investors and partners.
The 2021 demo day showcased the incredible progress and innovative solutions developed by the 10 participating startups. TaxStatus stood out for its cutting-edge technology and impactful solutions, earning the MVP award among the cohort. The event drew significant attention from industry leaders, investors, and media, further elevating our profile in the fintech community.
